We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at support@kraftedforyou.in and we will get back to you.

The product bought will only be accepted for replacement if we are intimated within 3 days after the delivery and is in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever. 

Note:

1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
2. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products
3. Refund is not applicable, only store credit of validity 6 months will be provided in the case.
4. Processing the order within India takes 3 - 5 working days and then shipping takes 6 - 10 working days.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. In case of exchange, customers are required to pay Rs.250 exchange fee for us to book the reverse pick up and send the exchanged piece. 
7. Parcel sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
8. Return or Exchange is not applicable on Krafted Exclusives and customized garments.

In case of damage: Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a period of one week, else we will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped. A cancellation fee of Rs.150 will be charged on pre-paid orders.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer, KRAFTED FOR YOU will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

KRAFTED FOR YOU acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
